The jewel in the crown of our B&B encapsulates part of the history of the city of Florence. Our suite occupies the 14th-century loggia of the Spedale di San Pier Novello.

The Stucchi room is a double room that is part of the 18th-century section of the property. The plaster decorations and refined paintings that frame the ceiling and walls give the room its name.

This 24-square-meter room overlooks Via Santa Maria, the street that is home to the prestigious and historic Teatro Goldoni, formerly the convent of Annalena.

A FAMILY TRADITION

The history of the Malenotti family has always been linked to the city of Florence, and in particular to the Oltrarno district. The Malenotti family has been involved in the restoration and sale of antique furniture and objects since 1941.

DISCOVER FLORENCE

The room was very spacious with an anteroom like a suite. Full of spectacular frescoes. With a small balcony. Very romantic. Like being in a museum. The staff were very courteous. Close to Palazzo Pitti, just a stone's throw from the center. The breakfast was also good, served in a room with splendid frescoes. My new favorite place in Florence.

The property is very beautiful and well-maintained with great taste, everything is very clean and tidy, the rooms with frescoes are wonderful. Mirco and Martina, the owners, are kind, competent and passionate young people. Central but quiet location, a stone's throw from the Boboli Gardens. Excellent breakfast, the cake was delicious.

You can reach us from the Santa Maria Novella station with a short taxi ride; with the buses nr. C4 or C3; or with a pleasant walk of only 15 min.
